Our Involvement
Maurice Middleberg interviewed Catherine during a recent trip to Uganda. While there, he presented to regional parliamentarians on how different countries are overcoming their health workforce shortages. Partners in Population and Development (PPD), a CapacityPlus associate partner, hosted the meeting. CapacityPlus works with PPD to advocate for strengthening the health workforce to increase access to reproductive and other health services.
About This Series
CapacityPlus places health workers at the center of our efforts. We embrace the WHO’s broad definition of health workers. Our staff conducted quick, informal interviews with health workers in various countries. We invite you to hear their voices and learn what we’re doing to help them save even more lives.
