CapacityPlus’s Lisa Howard-Grabman interviewed Arminia during a trip to the Dominican Republic. CapacityPlus is supporting the Ministry of Health to strengthen human resources management and create an enabling environment for health workers to provide high-quality health services. As part of this work, Arminia participated in a leadership and management professional development program for health workforce managers.
