Our Involvement
CapacityPlus intern Ariana Katz interviewed Deborah during a trip to Ghana, where she conducted interviews to assess the impact of CapacityPlus’s preservice education work. CapacityPlus is strengthening school management at Garden City University College’s School of Nursing by focusing on five priority areas: accounting, marketing, eLearning utilization, faculty exchanges, and implementing CapacityPlus’s Dean’s Dashboard software.
About This Series
CapacityPlus places health workers at the center of our efforts. We embrace the WHO’s broad definition of health workers. Our staff conducted quick, informal interviews with health workers in various countries. We invite you to hear their voices and learn what we’re doing to help them save even more lives.
