Our Involvement
Randi Burlew interviewed Fatiya Askederin while she was in Nigeria to consult with USAID implementing partners in the country about their work to plan, develop, and evaluate in-service training for health workers. CapacityPlus is supporting an integrated program of health workforce strengthening in Nigeria to increase the availability of health workers to meet the priority health needs of underserved populations.
About This Series
CapacityPlus places health workers at the center of our efforts. We embrace the WHO’s broad definition of health workers. Our staff conducted quick, informal interviews with health workers in various countries. We invite you to hear their voices and learn what we’re doing to help them save even more lives.
