CapacityPlus’s Doris Mwarey conducted this interview while in Ghana to work with the Christian Health Association of Ghana and administer CapacityPlus’s HR Management Rapid Assessment Tool. Doris provides technical assistance in HR management to members of the Africa Christian Health Associations Platform. CapacityPlus works with other faith-based organizations to strengthen their ability to support their health workers.
