Dr. Christian Osae Obirikorang, a chemical pathologist and lecturer at a medical school in Kumasi, explains why he chose to focus on health worker education and how he thinks eLearning will help his school train more doctors and other medical professionals.
Our Involvement
CapacityPlus’s Carol Bales and Gracey Vaughn interviewed Dr. Obirikorang during a documentation trip to Ghana. Dr. Obirikorang teaches at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology’s School of Medical Sciences. He attended an eLearning workshop that was hosted by CapacityPlus and the Medical Education Partnership Initiative for participating schools to share experiences and draft a strategic eLearning plan.
