Wilma J. Gormley, Training Resources Group (TRG), Global Partnering Team Lead
Wilma Gormley has worked as an organization development consultant for over 30 years. She is a founder of TRG, an organization development consulting firm, which has been in business since 1973. She has worked with a broad spectrum of clients such as USAID, World Bank, Global Fund, IMF, US Forest Service, and CARE International. Over the years she has provided organization development support in over 25 countries. Specializing in forming and maintaining effective partnerships, Gormley coauthored the Capacity Project technical brief, Using Collaborative Approaches to Reach Human Resources for Health (HRH) Goals, and the accompanying partnership-building toolkit. In the Capacity Project her responsibilities focused on: 1) partner liaison, helping ensure that the eight partner organizations comprising the project worked together productively; 2) point person/technical team leader for all project work with the Global Fund; and 3) point person for project work in the Latin America and Caribbean Region. In CapacityPlus she is team lead for global partnering.
