Shaun Noronha, IntraHealth International, Health Workforce Officer
Shaun Noronha is a doctor of medicine from India, and completed his master's degree in public health with a concentration in health policy and management from Harvard University in 2010. He is a recipient of the JN Tata Endowment Scholarship. Previously he worked with two community-based nongovernmental organizations in rural India, designing and implementing training modules for community health workers and providing them with clinical referral support. He has created training modules for social health workers and clinicians practicing alternative medicine, and completed two internships with UNICEF while working on the UN thematic policy paper for the health-related Millennium Development Goals. Noronha writes a blog on global health policy issues.
