Rebecca Rhodes, IntraHealth International, Knowledge Systems Technical Advisor
Rebecca Rhodes led the development and expansion of the Capacity Project’s HRH Global Resource Center into the world’s premier source for human resources for health (HRH) information. A certified project manager and web developer, Rhodes specializes in knowledge management as it relates to international information-sharing. She brings 13 years of experience in libraries and information systems, including resolving cultural information resource challenges in African and Eastern European environments. In addition to managing the HRH Global Resource Center’s online library of HRH materials focused on the developing world, Rhodes has coordinated other key knowledge management initiatives such as integrating local and global HRH information into a sustainable, ministry-owned website in Uganda and assisting the Southern Africa Human Capacity Development Coalition (a Capacity Project associate award) to create its knowledge management strategy. Rhodes holds a master’s degree in library and information science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
