David D. Potenziani, IntraHealth International, Senior Informatics Advisor
David Potenziani came to IntraHealth from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, most recently as executive director of the National Collaborative for Bio-Preparedness. Previously, he was senior associate dean at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health; before that he was the school’s director of information technology. He has served as advisor to the American Public Health Association’s Health Informatics Information Technology special interest group. He has also served on and chaired the Association of Schools of Public Health Learning Futures Council. He holds a faculty appointment in health policy and management at UNC where he teaches health information technology to midcareer professionals.
